Shipping Policy
Slavic Snus s.r.o.
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed with Slavic Snus s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). All orders are processed and dispatched exclusively from our fulfillment center located in Croatia, within the European Union.
By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”, “you”) agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1. General Principles
We ship only to countries within the European Union (“EU”). Our website is provided in English, with prices displayed in EUR for general EU use only. We do not target, advertise, or market our products specifically to consumers in any one Member State.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they act on their own initiative and accept full responsibility for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of our products comply with all applicable laws in their country. This includes laws relating to nicotine, age restrictions, and tobacco-related products.
Our product range includes both nicotine-containing pouches and nicotine-free pouches, which may be subject to different regulatory rules depending on the Member State.
2. EU Shipping
All shipments occur within the EU internal market and are subject to the principles of free movement of goods. Customers located in EU Member States where the sale or import of nicotine or nicotine-free pouches is lawful may place orders directly.
It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to confirm that their national legislation permits the purchase, import, possession, and use of these products.
Where a Member State imposes restrictions or prohibitions, we do not offer direct delivery to that jurisdiction. In such cases, Customers may arrange independent pickup or self-shipping entirely at their own discretion and risk. Our responsibility ends once the order is released to the Customer or their chosen carrier.
3. Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 16:00 AM (CET) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after that time are processed the following business day.
All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Croatia.
Estimated Delivery Times Within the EU
2 – 7 business days, depending on the destination country and courier availability.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is free for orders over €99.
- Orders under €99 incur a destination-based shipping fee displayed at checkout.
5. Order & Shipping Confirmation
Customers receive an email confirmation when their order is placed.
Once the order is dispatched or prepared for pickup, a shipping confirmation with tracking details is provided.
6. Customs & Import Duties (EU)
As all shipments are intra-EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
For cross-border deliveries within the EU, the Customer may be legally recognized as the importer of record, depending on the legal classification of the product in their Member State.
7. Uncollected or Returned Packages
If a package is not collected, refused, or returned to the sender for reasons other than legal restrictions, the Customer may request a reshipment.
Reshipping fees must be paid by the Customer and are based on the original destination.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, the Customer must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Supporting evidence (such as photos) may be required for verification.
Once verified, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
9. Liability Disclaimer
a) Legal Restrictions / Seizures
If an order is held, refused, or destroyed because a Member State restricts the import or sale of nicotine or nicotine-free pouches, the Customer bears full responsibility.
No refund or replacement is provided for seizures, refusals, or compliance-related issues.
b) Delays, Losses, or Returns Caused by Courier
If an order is:
- delayed in transit,
- lost during delivery, or
- returned due to courier error,
Slavic Snus s.r.o. accepts liability and will issue either:
- a replacement shipment, or
- a full refund,
after confirming the issue with the carrier.
c) Customer Errors
We are not responsible for issues arising from:
- incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer,
- failure to comply with national regulations,
- refusal to accept delivery.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any dispute arising from or related to an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
